Ride Access Pass Scheme

We provide free-of-charge Ride Access Passes for guests who are unable to queue for a prolonged period. These enable the user and up to three other guests to gain entry to the ride via the exit queue line, significantly reducing queuing time.

Ride Access Passes must be booked at least 72 hours in advance of your intended day of visit by emailing guestservices@crealy.co.uk using a valid Access Card ID with the Urgent Toilet Needs, Difficulty Standing and Difficulty with Crowds symbol(s) applied. The Ride Access Pass is designed to reduce, not eliminate, queue time and we can only allow a limited number of RAP users per ride cycle to ensure fairness and safe operation.

For safety reasons, an adult carer is required to accompany the RAP user at all times - either AT the ride (Band 1 rides) or ON the ride (Band 2 Rides). On Band 2 Rides, the Carer must be seated directly next to the RAP user. Details of this can be found by scanning the QR code at the ride exit and on the Ride Access Pass.

Please note, Aqua Blasters & Vortex are exempt from the Ride Access Pass scheme. 

Our ride operators cannot provide any specialist care to any RAP user, including physical assistance in/out of a ride carriage or any specialised communication methods. Please note – ‘on’ the ride signifies either the seat next to or adjacent to the RAP user, ensuring they can be restrained if necessary.

Please note - to ensure that we can provide you and your family with the best experience possible, there are limited numbers of Ride Access Passes issued each day – we encourage booking your RAP early to avoid disappointment. Please email guestservices@crealy.co.uk with your relevant Access Card ID.
