We had a fabulous stay. Loved the park and the rides - plus the whole Santa experience, engaging with the elves, Santa and walking into the Toy Shop was magical. It's fantastic value for money. Well done all for providing a great Christmas experience for our family.

My son is a young adult with complex special needs. He went on a weekend Christmas break with 2 enablers to support him. They stayed in a Sooty Lodge (he loves Sooty). He had the best time: lovely lodge with hot tub, wonderful shows, lots going on. Most of all, Crealy staff were apparently lovely and welcoming to him at all times, which makes all the difference. So thank you, he will be back!
