The Easter holidays are just around the corner, taking place from 5th to 21st April 2025. Luckily for busy parents, Devon is bursting with egg-citing activities to keep the little ones entertained for the entire fortnight.

Easter at Crealy

There’s loads of magical entertainment and events planned at Devon’s best theme park this Easter.
Spring has sprung and we're egg-static to announce that all of our rides and attractions will be open for the Easter holidays! That's right, the Twister rollercoaster, Tidal Wave log flume and Aqua Blasters will all be reopening for some splashing springtime fun.

The Little Red Hen at Theatre Royal Plymouth
(Daily from 19th April 2025)
Looking for some theatrical Easter fun? The Stuff and Nonsense Theatre Company brings the classic tale of The Little Red Hen to life at Theatre Royal Plymouth. This energetic adaptation features breath-taking puppetry, toe-tapping live music and unforgettable comedy that will have the whole family in stitches!
For little ones who prefer a quieter environment, there's a special relaxed performance on 9th April - perfect for those who might find a standard show a bit overwhelming.
Tulip Fest at Strawberry Fields, Lifton Farm
(5th to 21st April 2025)
A little piece of Holland is blooming right here in Devon this Easter! Strawberry Fields at Lifton Farm is opening the largest tulip field in the South West of England, and it's set to be a riot of colour.
The farm team has been busy since November when they planted a whopping 250,000 bulbs, and now you can see the spectacular results with 40 varieties of tulips creating a rainbow across the Devon countryside. There are plenty of photo spots set up throughout the field too, so you can grab that perfect family snap for your spring memories.
The Amazing Bubble Man at Exeter Northcott Theatre
(9th April 2025)
Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles! Louis Pearl, the Amazing Bubble Man, is floating into Exeter Northcott Theatre this Easter with his spellbinding bubble tricks.
Expect square bubbles, bubbles inside bubbles, fog-filled bubbles, giant bubbles, bubble volcanoes, tornados and trampolines... there might even be people inside bubbles! This unique show combines comedy, artistry and audience participation that will have children of all ages (and grown-ups too!) mesmerised and bubbling with excitement.
Kids Activities at RAMM in Exeter

Looking for something a bit more crafty? The Royal Albert Memorial Museum (RAMM) in Exeter has a packed programme of craft and food workshops this Easter holiday. Inspired by Devon's rich heritage and cultures from around the world, these hands-on activities are perfect for creative kids.
