What's included in a Spook-Fest ticket?
Spook-Fest tickets include:

Do you have to pre-book Spook-Fest tickets in advance?
Tickets can be purchased on the day, however we recommend purchasing online and at least the night before your visit to get the cheapest price.
Is Spook-Fest free for Annual Pass holders?
Spook-Fest (including all of the above attractions) is FREE for Annual Pass Holders (Silver - weekends only)
Do Annual Pass Holders have to pre-book?
Annual Pass holders are not required to pre-book Spook-Fest tickets. Make sure you have your valid Annual Pass card with you on the day.
Is there an exclusive Halloween event for Annual Pass Holders this year?
Yes, we will be running an exclusive event for Annual Pass holders on Monday 30th October. No pre-booking required. Click here to find out more info.
Can Annual Pass Holders use friends & family discount to book tickets?
Annual Pass Holders can use their friends & family discount to book Spook-Fest tickets. This can be done by heading to the Annual Pass Holder section of the checkout.
What time is the Book of Spells show & do I need to prebook a show time?
The Book of Spells show will run 3 times throughout the day during Spook-Fest; 12pm, 2pm & 4pm. You are not required to pre-book an show time.
What time is the Halloween Sooty Show and Meet & Greets with Sooty?
Sooty's Halloween Show will run at 11:30pm, 1:30pm & 3:30pm on the Piazza Stage. You can meet & greet on Sooty's Stage inside The Pier at Sooty Land at 12:30pm & 2:30pm.
What time is Tik & Tok's show?
Tik & Tok's show will run at 12:30pm & 2:30pm on the Piazza stage. You can also look out for Tik & Tok around the Theme Park throughout the day.
What rides are closed during Spook-Fest?
Rides that will be closed include: Soak Zone.
Can you stay for a short break during Spook-Fest?
You can extend the spooks with a short break in one of our Glamping tents (LAST FEW REMAINING) or on our Campsite. Lodge breaks are currently sold out for Spook-Fest.
What are the Theme Park opening times?
During Spook-Fest, the Theme Park will be open from 10am - 5pm.
