Is Christmas at Crealy free for Annual Pass holders?
Christmas at Crealy (including all of the above attractions) is FREE for Annual Pass Holders - however tickets must be pre-booked online and in advance via the Annual Pass Holder Christmas tickets section of the checkout.
What is the Santa Meet & Greet experience?
The Santa Meet & Greet experience includes a meet & greet with Santa in his grotto, including a FREE present for every child. There is a 20 minute experience in the lead up to meeting Santa.
Is the Santa Meet & Greet experience free for Annual Pass Holders?
The Santa Meet & Greet is offered at a discounted rate for Annual Pass Holders.
How do I book the Santa Meet & Greet experience?
This can be added on to your booking at the end of the checkout process. Please note, you are only required to pre-book children under the age of 16 in your party.
What time is the Christmas on Ice Show and do I need to pre-book a time?
Santa's Magical Ice Show will run 4 times throughout the day during Christmas at Crealy; 12:30pm, 2pm, 3:30pm & 5pm. You are not required to pre-book an Ice Show time.
What rides are closed during Christmas at Crealy?
Rides that will be closed for the Winter season: Soak Zone, Vortex, Tidal Wave, Aqua Blasters & Twister. All other rides & attractions will be open as usual. View rides & attractions.
Can you stay for a short break during Christmas at Crealy?

What are the Theme Park opening times?
During Christmas at Crealy, the Theme Park will be open from 11am - 7pm.
