The Food and Beverage Venue Manager is a key member of the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience daily across the Resort.

You will have a passion for all things food, drinks, and hospitality. As a self-motivated team player, you will lead from the front in one of our bars, restaurants, and kiosks.

You will provide supportive and inspirational leadership with a keen focus on training and coaching your team at the heart of your operations. You will work as part of the Food and Beverage Management team to help develop the department across the park and resort.

Reporting to the Head of Food and Beverage your responsibilities will involve:

  • Direct management of the Food and Beverage Team including Team Leaders
  • Manager day-to-day Food and Beverage operations across a designated area of the business, within budgeted guidelines and to the highest of standards
  • Delivering ongoing training for the team, including effective instructions ensuring the team is ready to deliver a friendly, exceptional guest experience.
  • Being a visible and hands-on leader throughout all of the Food and Beverages areas to deliver excellent levels of service.
  • Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.

EXPERIENCE

The successful Food and Beverage Venue Manager will have:

  • Previous F&B management experience (ideally in a fast-food environment)
  • Ideally food qualifications/experience
  • Understanding of EPOS Systems and IT
  • Understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies
  • Demonstrable ability to lead by example
  • Friendly, assertive, with excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement for yourself and your team
  • Self-manage workload and efficient management of rotas

Driving licence preferred

Our business hours for food services are 08:00 until 11:00 pm to match our Theme Park and Holiday Park operations. We also cater for corporate and other events.

Please note – this role requires you to be available to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings, during the school holiday period and Bank Holiday, although we can be flexible in the shift patterns if necessary.

Hours will be rostered in advance. Flexibility is also required from you to meet the peak and off-peak demands of our opening.
