F&B Team Leader (Internal Applications Only)
Seasonal Summer Position
We are looking for four summer Team Leaders to support our F&B operation. This opportunity is open to all current F&B team members. If you're enthusiastic about stepping up, supporting your peers, and making a difference in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Please only apply if you are fully available to work throughout the summer season, including weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays. Hours will be rostered in advance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Morning setup of units, ensuring they are fully “ready to trade”
- Assist with morning team deployment across units
- Support and monitor break coverage, ensuring all breaks are taken at scheduled times
- Work hands-on in units
- Motivate and support the team to actively upsell
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report any stock issues to Managers
- Oversee close-down of units by delegating and checking tasks are completed thoroughly
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to the required standard
- Complete all Mobaro compliance checks, including:
- Daily opening and closing checks
- Weekly deep cleans
- Temperature monitoring
- Oversee stock collections, ensuring:
- Proper stock rotation
- Stock is stored in the correct designated areas
- Responsible for locking up units at the end of the day
