Cleaning Supervisor - Fixed Term
We are looking for a highly motivated Cleaning Supervisor with a passion for maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and with a keen eye for detail, to manage our Park Services Team, alongside our Park Services Manager.
You will be supervising a team of cleaners on our Theme Park, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times. Along with training and providing on-going support to the team you will personally act as an ambassador throughout the day, helping to create first-class experiences for our guests.

Ensure full compliance across the department in accordance with Health and Safety regulations including the handling of chemicals, use of machinery, manual handling and lone working policies.

Stock control, auditing and ordering using purchase order system

Work directly with a team of up to 25 cleaners to ensure full training, development and on-going mentoring

Hands-on, front-line operational duties as required

Perform regular facility audits, ensuring cleanliness, presentation and maintenance standards are to a high level

This role offers varied support to the rest of the operational departments across the resort, including our Engineering/Maintenance, Rides, Grounds and Food & Beverage teams

Excellent attention to detail and superb leadership skills are essential for this role

Flexible to work varied hours (between 7.00am-11.00pm) throughout the year. This role also requires the successful candidate to work weekends, bank holidays and in school holidays.
Skills & Experiences:

Experience of leading/supervising a team
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in cleaning/janitorial/custodian role [preferable but not essential]

Knowledge and understanding of safety and risk management control systems including formulation of training and safety procedures

Great organisational skills

An ability to drive standards throughout both the theme park and resort

Full driving licence (essential)
