Why have my direct debit payments increased for my second year?

The Annual Pass discount for the 'Christmas at Crealy' event is applicable to Platinum, Gold, Silver & Mini Annual Pass holders only.

Each Annual Pass allows one additional guest discount. This can only be used once a day. All Annual Pass holders must be present with the guests receiving their friends and family discount and discounted friends & family tickets must be purchased at the gate.

As long as you renew your Annual Pass before it expires, you will keep the original price you paid for, no matter if our Annual Pass prices increase.

We try and take this payment 3 times. If it fails after this then the Annual Pass is automatically cancelled. To reinstate please visit the Theme Park before we try and take the next payment.
