We have two types of tickets available for Carers.

Here at Crealy Theme Park & Resort we understand that some guests will not be able to access the Park without the assistance of an Essential Companion. We are pleased to be able to offer a free Essential Companion ticket for those guests. Please note – In order to qualify for this ticket, the Essential Companion cannot be the parent/guardian of the individual, they must be paid employed carers of the individual.

In order to be able to obtain an Essential Companion Ticket, you will be required to provide one of the following at our Ticket & Information Office on your arrival to Crealy:

  • Nimbus Access Card with the +1 or + 2 symbol
  • Proof of your role as a registered employed carer, for e.g. Photo ID Badge

Along with this you will need to provide one of the following for the individual you are caring for:

  • Disability Living/Attendance Allowance (DLA) - dated within the last 2 years 
  • Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letter - dated within the last 2 years 
  • Blue Badge
Guest with disability must be present and have a full paying ticket.

Carer Concession Ticket

If you are not a registered carer, you may qualify for discounted admission rates to carers of guests receiving Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or the Disability Living Allowance. The person you care for will need to provide proof of their disability when you scan in to the Theme Park. 

Carer Concession Tickets can be purchased online and in advance before your visit.

Blue Light Card Holders

A Blue Light Card Holder is eligible to purchase 2 discounted Concession tickets online per 1 card. 

For example:

If you're booking for 4 people and one person holds a Blue Light Card, you can buy:

  • 2 Concession tickets (at the discounted rate)

  • 2 Standard tickets (at the regular rate)
