Crealy Great Adventure Park
Caring for those with disabilities and additional needs
Crealy Great Adventure Park has been designed with the needs of those guests with disabilities and with additional access needs firmly in mind. All of our team are trained and enabled to recognise the individual needs of our guests and will do everything possible to ensure all guests with additional needs have a safe and memorable visit.
Park entry tickets
The vast majority of the rides and attractions at Crealy are designed to be fully accessible to disabled guests, and therefore we do not offer any additional discounted rates. However disabled guests with registered carers are entitled to one free carers park ticket; this free ticket is only available from the main ticket office at the entrance to the park. Proof of carer status may be required. All tickets purchased online 24 hours in advance are subject to a discount of up to 20%. Guests who are fully wheelchair dependent qualify for free entrance to the park and one free ticket for their designated carer.
Crealy Great Adventure Park also offers 2 for 1 Annual Memberships for disabled guests. These memberships enables the disabled guest to visit the park and be accompanied by any registered carer with no additional admission charge. (A photo of the primary carer will be taken at the point of purchase); proof of carer status may be required.
Crealy Great Adventure Park offers a Fast Track pass service that is available to those who require additional access assistance. This pass is available from guest services once inside the park and is valid for up to 4 people from the same group or family and can be used once every hour. Although we try to meet everybody's requirements we only have a limited amount of passes for any one day. Being disabled or having a disability does not automatically guarantee that you will receive a Fast Track pass. We reserve the right to make changes to or withdraw this facility without prior notice.
Statement on ride safety for guests with disabilities
Crealy Great Adventure Park is a member of the British Association of Leisure Parks Piers and Attractions (BALPPA) and welcomes visits by people with all disabilities and will do everything possible to ensure a safe and pleasurable visit. Risk assessments and policies are reviewed to ensure the park remains as accessible as possible to all guests with disabilities, including wheelchair users. However, certain rides and attractions can be physically demanding and vigorous. Crealy Great Adventure Park therefore reserves the right to refuse admission to certain rides should it be felt there is a danger to a particular individual for whatever reason.
Crealy Great Adventure Park has been advised by the Health and Safety Executive that refusal on the grounds of health and safety does not constitute discrimination. Not all rides are suitable for all guests and each has strict operating requirements based on the containment of the ride, the force of the ride and the evacuation procedure. These are set in accordance with external ride inspectors' requirements and exceptions will not be made. Our team members have to follow all rules and restrictions for health and safety reasons therefore please do not ask the team to break these rules; they are there for your safety. Crealy Great Adventure Park hopes this is understood, and that guests can accept the decision made is in the interest of the safety of all.
